We try and fill orders within one to two days of receipt. Most orders placed before 12 p.m. Eastern time was processed the same day. Packaged orders ship within 24 hours via FedEx.
》》》Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order ships that contains tracking information for your package. You can track your package's progress on FedEx's website. If you have a Clarins & Me registration you can track the status of your order from your own personal area by clicking my orders.
