2） After you pick your order, you can submit your order（the id ，size and total quantity）, online，send the message to the mail box on the web, or just leave message on our web. Then I’ll reply you with the price detail ASAP.

We will e-mail the tracking numbers of the express company to you on receiving them.

Normal, after 48 hours you transfer the payment you can track your package(s).
@@4. How did you send the package? How long will it take to receive my items?
Send the package by EMS normal, as a gift with small package .If there was some where the EMS cant arrived, we can choose DHL, TNT etc. For the same address, one packages each day, its more safe for you and us.

@@5. Will you ship to a P.O. Box, FPO/APO?
No, we do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. No Exceptions! Why? Because there have been too many situations in the past where the shipper/carrier could not find the address. It's troublesome for both the buyer and the seller. If you only have a P.O. Box, FPO/APO or military address, please kindly supply us with a friend's or relative's home address.
@@6. What's the minimum order? Can I order a pair /piece sample?
Our minimum order is 8 pairs for shoes and 30pcs for shirts, Others depend on the situation .Yes, you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, We don't mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece. And it is more expensive than the wholesale price. If we don not have the correct size as you ordered, we'll mail you for changing…
@@7. Why i order the item from your website, but after we paid, you told me you don not have them then?
We mainly do wholesale, for the items amount, we update the website date one times every day. And if some styles which we don not have now, after 5 days we'll get them in stock again. But if we don not have any item, we'll mail you and waiting for you change.

Normally we reply the customer mail within 12hour. Because of the mail we reply you includes lots of pictures, the yahoo, hotmail etc mail system put them to "Junk" or "BULK" sets. Pls add fashionlybrand@gmail.com to your mail contact list. Then you can find the mail we reply you in "Inbox" set.
@@10. What is the payment you accept? And where i can find them? We accept western union, money gram, money booker and pay pal (if you can afford 5% pay pal fee.) after you let us know your item list, we'll reply you the price detail and payment detail. For the pay pal, pls tell us your pay pal address, and then we'll send you the invoice. Pls add pay an attention for the shipping address to the pay pal. Many thanks.

We do not offer refunds. We will exchange the products if for reason we've sent the wrong shoe or size. Please refer to our Policy Section for more information.
